Teen Found Shot, Killed, Stabbed 30 Times - News Story - WSB Atlanta

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- Police are searching for the person who shot and killed a 13-year-old boy and stabbed the victim nearly 30 times.

Channel 2's Tom Jones spoke to the teen's mother about his actions right before his death.

The victim, 13-year-old Marquis Overstreet, was found in a wooded area between two homes in the Biffle Downs subdivision in Stone Mountain. People in the neighborhood told Jones that he had been hanging there with another 13-year-old. His family is taking his death extremely hard.
