UPDATE : Back on March 26, 2011, this blog published a wanted article for Randolph(Randy) Bowden. If law enforcement would have taken heed to our calls for his arrest, brother Coota(Roy Sykes) could have still been alive. Randolph Bowden is the prime suspect in the stabbing death of Roy Sykes.
